I pass this ranch sometimes and there are several longhorns I try to get photos of. This guy wasn't friendly, but he at least let me photograph him. I've framed him, and like to display him at different places our Photography Club gets for our photos.
I have always taken photos. But always with a "point & shoot" camera. Without me, most of our family life would just be memories. We joined the Photography Club here at Sun City, and immediately took an 8-week course to learn about the DSLR cameras. I was using my Nikon Coolpix P600 60X zoom at that time. I got my first DSLR camera, a Nikon D7100 in 2016. With great mentoring and constant practice, I can look back now and see how quickly I took to this and my improvement grew quickly. I purchased a Sony A7RII Mirrorless camera and I've had it ever since. I love bugs, spiders, lizards, trees, cows, the sunlight coming through the branches of a tree, and anything that catches my eye. My photography skills have greatly improved and...
